Delivery Areas Served

Delicouki delivers its delicious snacks throughout Quebec and Ontario, with the exception of certain remote areas.

Shipping Policy

At Delicouki, standard shipping is free with the purchase of at least one box of our products*. You will see the estimated delivery date at checkout. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package at every stage until delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed only on business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day. Please note that orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM ET will be processed the following Monday.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is currently not available.

Delivery Time

After processing, orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days in major metropolitan areas. Your Delicouki snack box may arrive before the estimated date. Delicouki is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, postal strikes, or credit checks.

Items Damaged in Transit

Delicouki ensures that your purchases are properly packaged to avoid any damage or alteration. If you receive your package in poor condition, please contact our "Department of Little Pleasures" immediately by email at info@delicouki.com, and we will rectify the situation. We will require a photo of the damaged item for continuous improvement purposes.

Lost Packages

If, despite the tracking link provided, your package appears to be lost, please contact the Department of Little Pleasures at info@delicouki.com so we can investigate with the carrier. We allow a period of 7 business days to locate the package; if it cannot be found, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

Refused Delivery, Unclaimed Packages, or Incorrect Address

If you refuse your package upon delivery, if no one is available after several attempts, or if the package is not claimed at the postal counter, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Additional fees may apply for a new delivery.

Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also view your tracking number in your customer account.

Order Cancellation

Please contact the Department of Little Pleasures as soon as possible at info@delicouki.com or 514-731-2705 to cancel an online order. If contacting us by email, please use the subject line: "ORDER CANCELLATION #0012345" (Note: Replace 0012345 with your actual order number).

Please note that we prepare all orders received before 1:00 PM ET on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET are processed the next day. If your order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Unfortunately, because our products are perishable and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to make it right.
